Looks like it’s not only cats that get nine lives.
A dog in Swift Current, Saskatchewan, Canada, wandered onto some thin ice and fell through last week, but quick action by the neighbourhood fire department saved the pooch. The salvage was caught on camera( see above ).
Swift Current is unearthed about 300 miles east of Calgary.
“Yesterday afternoon, our firefighters were hectic at the creek, rescuing someone’s baby, ” Swift Current fire chief Denis Pilon wrote on Facebook. “They permitted their dog to run off leash where reference is dared out onto the sparkler and fell through.”
Authorities are counselling parties to keep their domesticateds and kids away from the bay — a lesson that can be applied to any number of creek, lakes, rivers and ponds of all the countries where the frost isn’t ever as solid as it examines.
